The cost of the delivery of each order will depend on the destination, size and weight of your order.
DHL Express is our courier for international shipments and MRW for national shipments. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse.
We do not dispatch orders over the weekend. Any order placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

You have a 14-day window to initiate a refund request by contacting

The returned product must be in its original condition without any
signs of wear. Palomo Spain reserves the right to decline a refund if
these conditions are not met.

- From orders within the European Union select your preferred courier while booking the return.
