Shipping Costs and Methods
Delivery costs depend on the destination, size, and weight of your order and will be shown during checkout.
All international orders are shipped under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) conditions. This means that import duties, taxes, and any customs clearance fees are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery, in accordance with local regulations.
DHL Express handles international shipments and CTT handles national shipments. You will receive a tracking number by email once your package has been dispatched.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3-4 working days, subject to availability. Orders placed after 11 AM on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. During sales periods, processing may take up to 48 extra hours. If any items are out of stock, we will contact you via email; if no response is received, the remaining items will be sent. No substitute products will be sent unless expressly authorized.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused, you are responsible for the original shipping costs, any import fees, and return shipping costs. Refunds will be reduced accordingly.
