The cost of the delivery of each order will depend on the destination, size and weight of your order. The cost of each delivery method will be clearly stated during the purchase process.
The packages are sent based on DAP (Delivery At Place). In Delivered at place agreements, the buyer is responsible for paying import duties and any applicable taxes, including clearance and local taxes, once the shipment has arrived at the specified destination.
UPS is our courier for international shipments and MRW for national shipments.
You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our warehouse.
During free shipping promotions, the delivery cost will be removed on the final payment page.
Please note, during Sales season orders may take up to 48 additional hours.
If you choose a payment gateway to complete your purchase, then the payment gateway stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our website and its service providers.
When ordering, the customer can freely choose to pay for the purchases made at Palomo Spain through:
Stripe: The Customer will fill in the details of their card to produce the purchase. The authorization by the owner of your card (VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS) will produce the direct purchase and confirmation of your place or assistance. This service is offered by stripe.
Paypal: PayPal allows to make online purchases safer by providing a form of payment that does not require the payor or payee to disclose credit card or bank account numbers.
Returns
Any return request must be communicated to us within 14 days of receipt of the items. When we get the returned items and have them assessed by our internal warehouse team, we will complete the refund within 15 days.
Palomo Spain will make every effort to maintain the website up to date. We cannot, however, guarantee that the items shown are still available. Your order will be handled within 2-3 working days after Palomo Spain receives it, subject to availability.
We do not dispatch orders over the weekend. Any order placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.
If any of the items you ordered are out of stock, we will make every effort to contact you via the email address you provided when placing your order. If we are unable to contact you or do not receive a response to our email, we will proceed with the remaining items on your order.
We will not provide a substitute product unless you expressly authorize it.
Products purchased online can only be returned to our e-commerce warehouse through the specified channels. Only returns or exchanges of products purchased online are accepted at the Palomo Spain retail location in Cordoba, Spain.

Palomo Spain allows the return within 14 days from the day you bought it on www.palomospain.com
Unless the item is faulty, the cost of returning it to us is your responsibility, and every client should choose their preferred courier company when booking a return. When booking a shipment back to our Warehouse, make sure that it is marked as a "RETURN" on the package.

As the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, we recommend sending it through registered mail or any other method that requires signature upon delivery.
Items in your order shipped to countries outside of the European Union may be subject to import taxes, customs charges, and fees imposed by the destination country (“Import Fees”). In the destination country, the recipient of the consignment is the importer of record and is responsible for any Import Fees.
* Orders shipped from Spain to the Canary Islands are also subject to an Import Fee cost. Please inquire to us directly if you have any questions.
You are liable for the original shipping expenses, any Import Fees incurred on the box, and the cost of returning the box to Palomo Spain if you refuse a shipment from Palomo Spain.
Your reimbursement will be reduced by this amount.

Payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments will automatically be collected from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. The first payment is taken when the order is confirmed. The second and third instalments are collected 30 and 60 days, respectively, after the first instalment. You can always monitor your payments’ schedule in the Klarna app.
As soon as Palomo Spain have accepted your cancellation/return, Klarna will cancel any future scheduled payments as well as refund any amounts due. The return will be reflected in the Klarna app immediately.
Klarna will automatically attempt to collect your payment for your Pay later in 3 interest-free instalments purchase at Palomo Spain from the debit or credit card you entered at checkout. If we are unable to collect your payment on the scheduled due date Klarna will make one further attempt to automatically collect payment two days later. Should this last payment attempt fail, Klarna will issue you a statement for the full outstanding order amount which will become payable 15 days later. Klarna shall notify you when a payment is due two days in advance of attempting to collect your payment and you can always monitor the due date in Klarna app at your convenience. Your credit score will not be impacted by using Klarna’s ‘Pay later in 3 instalments’ product even if you have failed to pay on time.

Klarna will notify you via email and push notification from the Klarna app when a payment is due and when this has successfully been collected, or in the unlikely event of your payment failing. If a payment has been collected but you have not received payment confirmation, you can always check the status of your order and payments in the Klarna app or by logging in at www.klarna.com
Once Palomo Spain has received the return (partial or full) and you have received their confirmation of this, an updated statement with an adjusted payment schedule will be sent to you by Klarna if you've made a partial return. With a full return, we shall refund any payments collected and cancel any future scheduled payments. You are always able to monitor the status of your order in the Klarna app.
In the event that your goods have not been received please call Palomo Spain to check on your order and delivery status. You can also contact Klarna’s Customer Service so that we can postpone the due date on your payment or put the order on hold in the Klarna app while you wait for the goods to arrive.
As soon as the store has registered your cancellation or your return, the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Refunds shall be issued back to the debit or credit card which was originally entered at checkout.
