The cost of delivery for each order depends on the destination, size, and weight of your purchase.

International shipments are sent under DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) conditions. This means that any import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees are not included in the order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery, in accordance with local regulations.

DHL Express is our courier for international shipments and CTT for national shipments. Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your delivery at all times.

We do not dispatch orders over the weekend. Any order placed after 11am on Friday will be dispatched the following Monday.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request through the Returns Portal available on our website by entering your order details.

Returned products must be in their original condition, unused and without any signs of wear. Palomo Spain reserves the right to decline a refund if these conditions are not met.
